Who we are
OneAcademia (One97 Technologies) runs this portal for the school the student is enrolled in. The school decides what student information it keeps; we process it on the school’s behalf to run the portal.
What we collect
Student and guardian details the school holds (name, Student ID, class, section, roll, photo, contact numbers), attendance, results, notices, fee invoices and receipts, and a record of each online payment (order number, amount, status, Paperless reference, card type). When you sign in we also receive your device’s IP address and browser details, as web servers do, for security.
We do not collect or store card numbers, PINs or mobile-banking passwords; you enter those only on the payment partner’s page.
How we use it
To show you your child’s records, to take and confirm fee payments and issue receipts, to send school notices and messages, to keep the portal secure, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
The school; our payment partner Paperless, which receives the order number, amount and student name needed to process a payment; our SMS provider, for school messages; and authorities where the law requires it. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf.
Security and keeping data
The portal runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access to the data is limited to people who need it. We keep records for as long as the school needs them for admission, accounts and legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask the school office to see or correct your child’s information. Corrections are made by the school, as it owns the record.
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.

শিক্ষার্থী যে বিদ্যালয়ে ভর্তি, তাদের জন্য ওয়ানএকাডেমিয়া (ওয়ান৯৭ টেকনোলজিস) এই পোর্টাল চালায়। বিদ্যালয় কোন তথ্য রাখবে তা তারা ঠিক করে; পোর্টাল চালাতে আমরা বিদ্যালয়ের পক্ষে তা প্রক্রিয়া করি।
আমরা কী সংগ্রহ করি
বিদ্যালয়ের কাছে থাকা শিক্ষার্থী ও অভিভাবকের তথ্য (নাম, শিক্ষার্থী আইডি, শ্রেণি, শাখা, রোল, ছবি, যোগাযোগের নম্বর), হাজিরা, ফলাফল, নোটিশ, ফি ইনভয়েস ও রসিদ এবং প্রতিটি অনলাইন পরিশোধের রেকর্ড (অর্ডার নম্বর, পরিমাণ, অবস্থা, পেপারলেস রেফারেন্স, কার্ডের ধরন)। সাইন ইন করলে নিরাপত্তার জন্য, ওয়েব সার্ভারের মতোই, আপনার ডিভাইসের আইপি ঠিকানা ও ব্রাউজারের তথ্যও পাই।
আমরা কার্ড নম্বর, পিন বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিংয়ের পাসওয়ার্ড সংগ্রহ বা সংরক্ষণ করি না; এগুলো কেবল পেমেন্ট পার্টনারের পেজে দেবেন।
কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি
আপনার সন্তানের রেকর্ড দেখাতে, ফি নিতে ও নিশ্চিত করতে এবং রসিদ দিতে, বিদ্যালয়ের নোটিশ ও বার্তা পাঠাতে, পোর্টাল নিরাপদ রাখতে এবং আইনি দায়িত্ব পালনে। আমরা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপনেও ব্যবহার করি না।
কার সঙ্গে শেয়ার করি
বিদ্যালয়; আমাদের পেমেন্ট পার্টনার পেপারলেস, যারা পরিশোধ প্রক্রিয়ার জন্য অর্ডার নম্বর, পরিমাণ ও শিক্ষার্থীর নাম পায়; বিদ্যালয়ের বার্তার জন্য আমাদের এসএমএস প্রদানকারী; এবং আইন চাইলে কর্তৃপক্ষ। আমাদের হোস্টিং প্রদানকারী আমাদের পক্ষে তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করে।
নিরাপত্তা ও তথ্য সংরক্ষণ
পোর্টাল এনক্রিপ্টেড (HTTPS) সংযোগে চলে এবং তথ্যে প্রবেশাধিকার কেবল যাদের প্রয়োজন তাদের মধ্যে সীমিত। বিদ্যালয়ের ভর্তি, হিসাব ও আইনি প্রয়োজন যতদিন থাকে ততদিন রেকর্ড রাখা হয়।
আপনার সুযোগ
আপনার সন্তানের তথ্য দেখতে বা সংশোধন করতে বিদ্যালয়ের অফিসকে বলতে পারেন। রেকর্ড বিদ্যালয়ের, তাই সংশোধন তারাই করে।
