About this portal
The student portal lets a student or guardian see attendance, results, notices, fees and receipts, and pay school fees online. It is provided by OneAcademia (One97 Technologies) for the school the student is enrolled in. By signing in or paying a fee you agree to these terms.
Your account
You sign in with the Student ID and Institute ID the school gave you. Keep them private and tell the school office if you think someone else is using them. Use the portal only for the student it belongs to.
Fees and online payment
The fees, fines and waivers shown under “Due now” are set by the school and read from its records; the amount is never taken from your browser. You choose which items to pay, and the total is shown before you pay.
Payment is made by card or mobile banking on the secure page of our payment partner, Paperless. We do not see or store your card number, PIN or mobile-banking password. The payment partner or your bank may add a card or service charge; if so, it is shown on the payment page and on your online-payments list before you confirm.
A payment is complete only when it shows as “Paid” and a receipt appears under Receipts. If the page closes before you return, check the Receipts tab before paying again.
Receipts
Each completed payment produces a numbered receipt that you can view and download. Keep it as your proof of payment.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access another student’s information, interfere with the portal, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the portal available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Information shown is taken from the school’s records; if something looks wrong, the school office has the final say. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by interruptions outside our control, such as bank, network or payment-partner outages.
Refunds, privacy and changes
Refunds are covered by the Refund and Return Policy and personal data by the Privacy Policy; both are part of these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

এই পোর্টাল সম্পর্কে
শিক্ষার্থী পোর্টালে শিক্ষার্থী বা অভিভাবক হাজিরা, ফলাফল, নোটিশ, ফি ও রসিদ দেখতে এবং অনলাইনে ফি পরিশোধ করতে পারেন। শিক্ষার্থী যে বিদ্যালয়ে ভর্তি, তাদের জন্য ওয়ানএকাডেমিয়া (ওয়ান৯৭ টেকনোলজিস) এটি সরবরাহ করে। সাইন ইন করে বা ফি পরিশোধ করে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট
বিদ্যালয়ের দেওয়া শিক্ষার্থী আইডি ও প্রতিষ্ঠান আইডি দিয়ে আপনি সাইন ইন করেন। এগুলো গোপন রাখুন এবং অন্য কেউ ব্যবহার করছে মনে হলে বিদ্যালয়ের অফিসকে জানান। পোর্টাল কেবল সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য ব্যবহার করুন।
ফি ও অনলাইন পরিশোধ
“এখন বকেয়া”-তে দেখানো ফি, জরিমানা ও ছাড় বিদ্যালয় নির্ধারণ করে এবং তাদের রেকর্ড থেকে আসে; পরিমাণ কখনও আপনার ব্রাউজার থেকে নেওয়া হয় না। কোন আইটেম পরিশোধ করবেন তা আপনি বাছেন এবং পরিশোধের আগে মোট দেখানো হয়।
পরিশোধ আমাদের পেমেন্ট পার্টনার পেপারলেসের নিরাপদ পেজে কার্ড বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিংয়ে হয়। আপনার কার্ড নম্বর, পিন বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিংয়ের পাসওয়ার্ড আমরা দেখি না, সংরক্ষণও করি না। পেমেন্ট পার্টনার বা আপনার ব্যাংক কার্ড বা সার্ভিস চার্জ যোগ করতে পারে; করলে নিশ্চিত করার আগে তা পেমেন্ট পেজে দেখানো হয়।
পরিশোধ তখনই সম্পন্ন হয় যখন তা “পরিশোধিত” দেখায় এবং রসিদ ট্যাবে রসিদ আসে। ফিরে আসার আগে পেজ বন্ধ হয়ে গেলে আবার পরিশোধের আগে রসিদ ট্যাব দেখুন।
রসিদ
প্রতিটি সম্পন্ন পরিশোধে একটি নম্বরযুক্ত রসিদ তৈরি হয়, যা দেখা ও ডাউনলোড করা যায়। এটি পরিশোধের প্রমাণ হিসেবে রাখুন।
গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার
অন্য শিক্ষার্থীর তথ্য দেখার চেষ্টা, পোর্টালে বাধা সৃষ্টি বা বেআইনি কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন না। এই নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করলে প্রবেশাধিকার স্থগিত করা হতে পারে।
প্রাপ্যতা ও দায়
পোর্টাল চালু রাখার চেষ্টা করি, তবে কখনও বন্ধ হবে না এমন নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না। দেখানো তথ্য বিদ্যালয়ের রেকর্ড থেকে নেওয়া; কিছু ভুল মনে হলে বিদ্যালয়ের অফিসের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত। আইনে যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, ব্যাংক, নেটওয়ার্ক বা পেমেন্ট পার্টনারের বিভ্রাটের মতো আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে ক্ষতির দায় আমরা নিই না।
রিফান্ড, গোপনীয়তা ও পরিবর্তন
রিফান্ড রিফান্ড ও ফেরত নীতিতে এবং ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য গোপনীয়তা নীতিতে বর্ণিত; দুটিই এই শর্তাবলীর অংশ। আমরা শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি; ওপরের তারিখ সর্বশেষ সংস্করণ নির্দেশ করে। এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত।
প্রশ্ন থাকলে রসিদ বা বিদ্যালয়ের নোটিশে দেওয়া ফোন নম্বর বা ঠিকানায় বিদ্যালয়ের অফিসে যোগাযোগ করুন।
